When will my artwork arrive?
Item will ship approximately 3 business days from when the order is placed. Shipping takes 5-7 business days in the US.
For our prints, sizes 9x12 and below are shipped flat. Anything bigger is rolled and shipped in a tube. Canvases come wrapped and ready to hang. We ship them in a protective box to make sure nothing is damaged in route. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo.
For original artwork, packaging will vary depending on the item but will be carefully prepared for safe shipping.
What is your return policy?
We are a small team working with quality supplies, running a studio takes money, and making things requires supplies that we have to pay for. As such, we ask you to consider your purchase carefully before making it because we do not accept any returns or exchanges at this time. As a small business we use our profits to reinvest in growing our company.

What type of paper do you use to print?
We print on giclée paper and use high-quality pigments ink. The papers we use are acid-free which helps with long print life.
How many times can I print my digital download?
A digital download purchase is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. With this purchase, you are licensed to print up to 5 copies. This hand-drawn artwork can be printed at home or by a professional printer. It is a great art option for church programs, baptisms, holiday gifts, missionary cards, wall art and more!
